ATOG Girls Update

Hey y'all!

I think it's time for an update....:)

first of all,
we were going to do a 31 day challenge in july, however, we had some technical difficulties and no one was able to view our blog, and all our posts were deleted.

I don't know why, but hopefully now it is fixed!!!!!


The thing is, we don't really have a lot of viewers.

We aren't doing it to gain followers but we want to spread Christ's love to everyone, so we send messages on social media to those who follow us and encourage them to check out the blog to stay encouraged and to sign up for emails, but unfortunately not many people are checking it out.


Please spread the word about the blog.

IT'S DAY 1!

DUDE I AM SO EXCITED!!

i am sure you can already guess what the first 10 days "theme" is going to be...

LOVING YOURSELF :)


something us ladies here at ATOG headquarters continually say is "BE YOURSELF"

why on earth would we say that in this day and age?

that is why

it is because you are the only you, and no one else can be you, and you need to embrace that.

but...

this isn't easy.

AMEN!

Being yourself is not easy at all.

The world has this image of the perfect person, and honestly, you will never be that perfect person.

And  you know what?

that is a-ok!

it really is!

-----BUT-----

We can't just stop judging ourselves and just start loving ourselves and our beautiful bodies.

"Loving yourself" is going to be 10 days.

We're going to start it off by getting out a piece of paper.

so, right now, go run around until you find a pen and piece of paper! 

Since it is day 1, it is going to be pretty easy.

On this piece of paper, write numbers 1-10. 

(not a spelling test ;) )

Next to each number, write something about yourself you don't like.

I'll give you a list of some of mine...

1. acne

2. frizzy hair

3. pale skin

4. shy

5. large thighs

6..... 

 you get the idea!

if you don't have 10, GREAT JOB!! You are already doing amazing :)

Now, if you feel comfortable, go ahead and let us know in the comments some of the things you think are "flaws" 

I want you to be honest.

I want this to be meaningful, so if you comment, I will be able to make it more meaningful.
